About Me

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and hold an MA and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy awarded by the Minster Centre and Middlesex University.
I am 33 and have been seeing clients for 6 years.

I work integratively, which means I consider the person as a whole. This includes the mind and the body, lifestyle and history. Every person is unique and experiences therapy in their own way. We can work creatively according to your needs and personality.

Psychotherapy is about helping us to gain insight and awareness into unconscious processes, enabling us to better understand why we react to certain situations in particular ways. All life's experiences affect how we view the world and how we react to certain situations. Bringing an awareness to these influences enables us to reclaim a sense of autonomy and a better understanding and acceptance of who we are.

As a therapist and mother, I am inspired the by rite of passage bringing a new life into this world can mean for so many women. My interest in psychology has always focused on the importance of human relationships and attachment between people. Specialising in pregnancy and childbearing has helped me contribute to the welfare of what I consider to be the most important job in the world - that of motherhood - and safeguarding the foundations of a new generation.
